Insurance and Billing

Advanced Surgery Center and Comfort Sedation accept most major insurances and will submit the bill to your insurance carrier for you as a courtesy. You will be responsible for any co-pays and/or deductibles. You may receive up to four (4) bills for your procedure (physician, facility, anesthesia and pathology). For your convenience, you may pay for your facility and anesthesia bills by selecting the appropriate link below. Please call our office if you have any questions regarding your billing statements.
